Position Summary
The University of Vermont Medical Center is seeking a skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner with at least 2 years of clinical experience (primary care and Epic experience preferred) to join our Primary Care Adult Medicine team in Essex, Vermont.
This is a 1.0 FTE exempt position with primary shift coverage of M-F with no evening or on-call requirements. The weekend requirement is 1 Saturday per quarter for a total of 4 per year.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care to patients in various states of health or illness in collaboration with one or more physicians
- Address acute medical needs
- Manage timely responses to patient messages and medication requests
- Collaborate with the Practice Supervisor, APP Lead, and Site Medical Director
