Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the daily management of the recruitment cycle that focuses primarily on medical providers in various disciplines, in addition to office staff. The ideal candidate will understand impactful recruitment strategies in the medical community, specifically for care providers in long-term facilities, and the ability to communicate and build positive relationships with potential candidates.
