Process Analyst
Our Commercial Lines Operations team is currently seeking a Process Analyst out of Worcester, Massachusetts or Howell, Michigan. This is a full-time, exempt role.
Position Overview
The Process Analyst is responsible for, with support from the manager or senior team members, evaluating business processes, determining requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions to meet business goals. The Process Analyst will leverage process methodology and best practices to streamline workflows across the organization. In addition to process design work, the Process Analyst will be responsible for creating project plans, facilitating working sessions with cross functional teams, providing status updates and serving as a liaison between the project team, stakeholders and users. This role will primarily be focused on smaller to medium scope projects and supporting more complex business projects.
