Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our client's team in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This role requires effective communication with team members, clients, and contractors while overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate HVAC installation and repair projects from start to finish.
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate implementation of HVAC systems.
- Manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks while adhering to safety regulations.
- Collaborate with construction management teams to align HVAC work with overall project timelines.
- Utilize software tools such as Bluebeam, ProCore, and Prolog for project documentation and coordination.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise on construction sites.
- Train and mentor junior staff on best practices in HVAC installation and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of project contracts, changes, and communications.
