Job Summary
This position exists to aid our production department in ensuring our customers have a seamless and exceptional installation experience with us and are 100% satisfied with their project. You will assist our production manager with a variety of tasks. Along with the production manager you will help our company deliver on our commitments and timelines made the night of the sale.
Primary Responsibilities
- Interact with our staff and customers and assure 100% satisfaction
- Work with fence and deck customer to premeasure and review utility locates and adjust as needed
- Schedule quality control for fence and deck projects with customers and crews
- Communicate with customers via email and phone on related issues.
- Facilitate customer management software from production and operational aspects
- Visit active jobsites daily to meet quality standards and perform small services
- Train crews on new products or updates
- Promote reviews and referrals
Qualifications & Responsibilities
Adept at Microsoft Office suite, experience with Access type data base management (CRM), Leap, fluent in Excel.Effective communication, customer service, and technical skillsPositive and energetic personalityPunctual and reliablePossess a genuine desire to exceed customer expectationsHandle customer complaints, problems, and warranty issuesEnjoy being part of the process and documenting all actions taken on job folders in softwareAssist as needed in preparing daily installation schedule and warehouse needsFence and / or deck installation experienceYou must do well under pressure in a very fast paced environmentWillingness to learn and adaptWe Offer
