Lead HRIS integration during mergers and acquisitions, including data migration and workflow harmonization
Develop and analyze reports for HR decision-making and ensure data integrity across systems
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
7+ years of experience in HRIS management with expertise in major HRIS platforms
Demonstrated experience in mergers and acquisitions activities
Strong SQL skills for data querying and analysis
5 years of supervisory and leadership experience
