Overview

Cheeca Lodge & Spa, a luxurious resort in Islamorada, invites you to join our team as a Restaurant Manager. You will oversee the restaurant operations of one of our dining venues – Morada Bay Beach Cafe, Pierre's, Atlantic Edge, Mia Cucina, or Nikai – driving culinary excellence and guest service in a luxury resort setting.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee restaurant operations for one of the resort's dining venues.
  • Lead and develop the restaurant team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ensure adherence to service standards, quality, and safety guidelines in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

  • Managerial experience in food and beverage, including luxury resort experience.
  • Excellent command of English with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work up to 10 hours a day as business needs dictate.
  • Profound knowledge of food and beverage, and a thorough understanding of hotel services and facilities.
  • Computer literate, with preferred skills in Excel and Spanish fluency.
  • Must already be eligible to work in the USA - sponsorships are not available.
  • No hand / neck / face tattoos.
