Submission Requirements

Locals accepted (within 75 miles) – local rate applies

Resume with 2+ years ICU experience (SICU, CTICU, Trauma ICU, MS ICU, Neuro ICU)

Documented travel experience

Two recent ICU Charge / Manager RN references

ICU-specific skills checklist

Driver’s license with matching address

Active NY RN license + all active RN licenses (NURSYS verification)

Certifications : AHA ACLS, BLS, NIHSS

EMR experience : EPIC required

RTO must be included at time of submission

Beds : 42 total

East : 20 | West : 22

Neuro / Med : 22 | CTICU : 6 | Surg / Trauma : 14

Floating : Required (except Behavioral and ER unless holding)

Scrub Color : Navy

Common Diagnoses :

Neuro / Med : Stroke, Sepsis, AMS, CHF, Respiratory Failure

CTICU : CV surgery, Cardiogenic Shock, AAA

Surg / Trauma : Major post-op, trauma

Specialty Equipment : CRRT (Prismaflex / NxStage), IABP, ICP monitoring, TTM (Artic Sun), Ventriculostomy

Heart experience : Highly preferred

CRRT / Prismaflex experience : Required
