Rheumatology NP

The Division of Rheumatology at Albany Medical Center is seeking a full time Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient team. Hours are Monday-Friday from 8am-4 : 30pm.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include :

• Evaluate and manage patients with autoimmune and musculoskeletal conditions, including rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, psoriatic arthritis, and osteoporosis
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and other diagnostic studies
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising rheumatologists
• Provide patient education on disease management, medications, and lifestyle modifications
• Work closely with physicians, nurses, and staff to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care
