About The Position

Colon and Rectal Surgeon Opportunity

Join a thriving surgical practice in Wisconsin, offering immediate full practice volume, partnership potential, and access to cutting-edge robotic technology.

Schedule

  • Work Week : Enjoy a 4.5 full-day work week.
  • Clinic Time : Dedicate 1.5 days to clinic appointments.
  • Operating Room : Spend 1.5 days in the OR, performing a variety of surgical procedures.
  • Endoscopy Focus : Allocate 1.5 days to endoscopy, a significant portion of the practice.
  • Call Structure : Participate in a 1 : 9 general surgery call rotation, including one weeknight and one weekend every nine weekends.

Practice Setting

  • Established Practice : Join a well-established practice of 16 surgeons, with a colorectal surgeon who has been with the group for 10-12 years.
  • High Volume : Step into an immediate full practice with ample volume, with between 11,000 - 12,000 wRVUs annually.
  • Support Staff : Benefit from comprehensive support, including an NP and APCs for both surgery and clinic.
  • Advanced Technology : Utilize a fair amount of robotics, with access to the new D5 system for enhanced surgical precision.
