Our Automotive Manufacturing partner in Homer, MI needs a Mold Line Operator to add to their team!

$30 gas card bonus!

1st shift : 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 20 PM

2nd Shift : 3 : 00 PM - 11 : 20 PM

3rd Shift : 11 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM

Starting wage is $18.85 / hour

Full time, temp to hire position in Homer, MI.

PPE Required : Steel Toe Boots.

Essential Duties for Mold Line Operators :

Molding parameter settings.

Completes changeover checklist.

Maintains line operation organization.

Enters puncturing coordinates.

Positions milling cutter.

Completes plate replacement set up.

Completes bolster replacement set-up

Production lot marking

Accurately fills out production reports.

Operates forklift as needed.

First level maintenance on flask cleaning.

Truck cleaning and die puncturing device.

Replaces worn milling tooling.

Mold sand cutting blades operation (both horizontal and vertical).

Identifies faults and reports UR.

Requirements for Mold Line Operators :

Background Requirements : iChat, no violent felonies.

Diploma / GED Required.

Testing / Training Needed : Brembo testing.

Michigan DL is Required.
