About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Migration Analyst to join our enterprise transformation team. This role is pivotal in consolidating multiple CRM and PSA platforms into Microsoft Dynamics 365 , supporting a large-scale digital transformation initiative. You will lead the data migration strategy, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure a seamless and accurate migration process.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of data migration activities across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable migration specifications.
• Perform data mapping, cleansing, validation, and transformation using SQL and ETL tools.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and post-migration validation efforts.
• Document migration processes, data models, and technical specifications.
