Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 AM-5 PM

Location : Onsite - 4700 West Sam Houston Parkway North

Your Role :

  • Lead, guide, and support the front office and non-clinical staff to ensure excellence in patient care.
  • Act as the primary contact for resolving customer service issues.
  • Assist in coordinating team efforts and managing complex issues independently.
  • Serve as a mentor and trainer for Patient Service Representatives (PSRs), sharing your expertise and best practices.
  • Travel within your market for training and support as needed, including onboarding newly acquired clinics.
  • Perform essential PSR duties, including greeting patients, managing check-in / check-out processes, handling payments, scheduling appointments, and addressing patient inquiries.
  • Dedicate at least 50% of your time to clinic-focused projects and initiatives defined by leadership, such as :
  • Onboarding and training new PSRs
  • Championing safety protocols
  • Leading policy and SOP development and training
  • Facilitating new training initiatives
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned to support team objectives.

Required Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
  • 3+ years of experience in a medical environment
  • 2+ years of experience in mentoring and training
  • 2+ years of experience in process management
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • 6+ months of leadership experience
  • We offer competitive pay based on various factors, including local labor markets and experience. The hourly pay for this role ranges from $20.00 to $35.72, with a comprehensive benefits package, incentives, and 401k contributions available (subject to eligibility).
