A company is looking for a Behavior and Mental Health Specialist to provide virtual behavioral support for K-12 students.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to promote positive behavior
Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor progress and adjust interventions
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to integrate behavior goals into daily instruction
Required Qualifications :
Master's degree in Behavioral Psychology, Education, Psychology, or a related field
Active BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification
Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a school setting
Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
Ability to design and implement individualized behavior programs in a virtual environment
