Location : Lenexa, KS (Hybrid Onsite)

Position Status : Contract (with potential extension)

Pay Rate : $35 / hr - $38 / hr W2

Position Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst / Web Product Analyst III to support process improvement, product integration, and technical delivery efforts across a collaborative, Agile environment. This role will partner closely with cross-functional teams to drive the evolution of enterprise web-based applications, enhance workflows, support product strategy, and ensure technical requirements are executed to high standards of quality.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who can analyze complex systems, communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and influence project outcomes without direct authority. This position offers visibility across Product Management, Software Engineering, Architecture, and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze current processes, systems, and business practices to identify improvement opportunities and optimize product performance.
• Understand technical infrastructure, system integrations, APIs, and data flows supporting core applications.
• Lead requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into clear technical documentation, use cases, feature requirements, and workflow diagrams.
• Collaborate across multiple departments to manage and facilitate small and large-scale project initiatives.
• Present solution alternatives and pros / cons to stakeholders and technical leadership.
• Ensure application design aligns with development standards, architectural goals, and long-term product stability.
• Participate in technical discussions, negotiate requirements, and support engineering teams through delivery.
• Drive progress independently while maintaining strong stakeholder communication.
