  • Shift Times : 24 / 7 clinic with needs in January and ongoing with needs for all shifts
  • Indianapolis Airport Area
  • Full office staff
  • Occupational Medicine and Urgent Care clinics
  • Average 20 Patients per day

Shifts : 1 / 2-5, 1 / 8-10, 1 / 15-17, 1 / 22-24, 1 / 29-31 3p-11p shifts

1 / 2-5, 1 / 8-10, 1 / 15-p-7a shifts

REQUIRED :

  • 1 year experience in Occupational Medicine
  • IN State License
  • DEA
  • BLS

    • COMPENSATION :

  • Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
