Practice Highlights

Full-time hospital-employed CRNA position with excellent benefits

Perform a wide range of cases ( all except transplants )

Team-based anesthesia model with strong physician support before, during, and after procedures

Services include : general anesthesia, regional anesthesia, MAC, OB, Cath Lab, ED, and some endoscopy oversight

No pain management anesthesia

Flexible scheduling with excellent work-life balance

At-home call available with post-call day off

Candidate Requirements

Board Certified CRNA (NBCRNA by start date) – REQUIRED

Active Iowa license – HIGHLY PREFERRED

Flexible scheduling with full-time coverage

At-home call option with post-call day off

Compensation & Benefits

Total compensation package up to 335,000

Includes 30,000 loan repayment

40,000 sign-on bonus

34 days PTO / year

3,000 CME allowance

Extra pay for extra work
