About the Role :

We are seeking a Banquet Server to join our team in Orlando, Florida. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during events and banquets. You will work closely with the kitchen and event planning teams to ensure that all guest needs are met and exceeded. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential to your success in this role. Minimum Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in a banquet or catering environment

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Mandatory Qualifications :

1 year experience in catering

Both white and black bistro uniforms

Knowledge of banquet set up and break down

Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities :

Set up banquet room as instructed by the event planner or supervisor

Attend pre-event meetings with the kitchen and event planning teams to ensure seamless execution of events

Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner

Clear tables and clean banquet room after events

Assist with inventory and restocking of supplies as needed

Skills :

As a Banquet Server, you will utilize your excellent communication and customer service skills to provide exceptional service to our guests. Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment and attention to detail will be essential to ensuring that all guest needs are met and exceeded. Additionally, your knowledge of wine and food pairings and experience with POS systems will be beneficial in providing a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.
