Senior Director of Database Management

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Product Management, Database.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the vision, strategy, and execution for the database capabilities, including product roadmap ownership

Collaborate with engineering, sales, and customer success teams to align database capabilities with enterprise requirements

Engage with external stakeholders to guide product-market fit and represent the company in database innovation discussions

Required Qualifications

10+ years of product management experience in enterprise software, particularly in databases or data platforms

Proven ability to drive strategy and execution in distributed workload processing and cloud-native architectures

Hands-on knowledge of workload optimization, indexing, and security

Experience with multi-cloud deployment in AWS, Azure, and GCP

Strong financial and operational acumen with experience managing roadmaps and budgets
