Closing Services Specialist

A company is looking for a Closing Services Specialist I, II - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Verify closing details and return settlement statements to lenders

Monitor daily queues to ensure timely completion of orders

Review closing packages for accuracy prior to scheduled closings

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

2 or more years of relevant work experience

Typing / data entry skills with a minimum of 65 words per minute

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)

Knowledge of client-based systems
