To support this vision, we are seeking a Strategic Partnerships & Events Coordinator who will play a pivotal role in driving our corporate outreach, cultivating partnerships, and delivering memorable experiences that embody our mission of holistic wellness.
In this dynamic role, you will :
- Develop and strengthen relationships with corporate partners, local businesses, and community organizations.
- Lead initiatives to expand our corporate membership program and other partnership opportunities.
- Negotiate and manage collaborations that enhance SoulSpace’s offerings and impact.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute high-level events that reflect the SoulSpace brand and resonate with our diverse audience.
- Ensure every event and partnership delivers an exceptional experience that aligns with our values of wellness, community, and transformation.

Responsibilities
Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with corporations, local businesses, and residential communities (including apartment complexes) to expand SoulSpace’s presence and membership opportunities.Identify and develop strategic collaborations that drive brand visibility, strengthen community ties, and enhance the value of SoulSpace’s wellness offerings.Coordinate and execute events from conception to completion, overseeing logistics, vendor relations, budgeting, and marketing strategies to ensure seamless delivery.Track, evaluate, and optimize partnership and event outcomes, providing leadership with data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous growth.Collaborate closely with marketing and communications teams to promote partnerships, spotlight events, and generate engagement across digital and community channels.Deliver exceptional event experiences that reflect the values, professionalism, and holistic wellness culture of SoulSpace, leaving a lasting impression on all participants.Requirements
Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with corporations, local businesses, community organizations, and residential groups to foster meaningful connections and long-term partnerships.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).Demonstrated success in partnership development, event planning, or a similar role, with a track record of driving engagement and measurable outcomes.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect authentically and effectively across diverse audiences.Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects, timelines, and priorities with precision.Creative and proactive problem-solver, skilled at identifying opportunities, anticipating challenges, and delivering innovative solutions.Genuine passion for the wellness industry, with a strong alignment to SoulSpace’s mission of holistic health, community, and transformation.Benefits
