Environmental Health Safety Specialist

Job Overview

Aris Amplify is partnering with a leading industrial services company to find a hands-on Safety Leader who can drive field-level safety execution and foster a practical, sustainable safety culture. This highly visible, coach-oriented role is ideal for someone who leads by example and builds strong relationships with frontline teams.

The position is based in either Greensboro or Charlotte, North Carolina, and requires approximately 50% travel across North Carolina, Maryland and Tennessee.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored safety and vehicle training
• Lead on-site coaching and engagement with field teams
• Develop and manage daily, weekly and monthly safety plans
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, MSHA, DOT, CPR / AED and respirator safety standards
• Promote field-level ownership of safety practices, reducing reliance on top-down enforcement
• Track training and certifications through an LMS (Paycom preferred)
