Job Title : Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a diligent Maintenance Technician / Handyman in Bellport NY to ensure the efficient operation and upkeep of residential properties. This role involves performing various maintenance tasks and addressing service requests in a timely manner while maintaining a clean and orderly work environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete all service requests within 24 hours, unless extraordinary parts or labor are required.
• Maintain the maintenance shop in a clean and orderly manner.
• Ensure all amenity areas are properly maintained.
• Repair appliances and apparatuses within the premises.
• Communicate effectively with tenants during service calls.
• Utilize various hand tools and test equipment, with weights ranging from a few ounces to 40 pounds.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00 / hr.
