Job Description
Join a dedicated healthcare team as a Nurse Practitioner providing post-acute care within the community.
- Manage and coordinate patient care, including conducting rounds, writing orders, and facilitating diagnostic procedures.
- Communicate effectively with staff and physicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records and handle billing-related documentation.
- Requires excellent communication, empathy, organization, and teamwork skills.
- Preferred one year of relevant experience in geriatrics, internal medicine, ICU, emergency medicine, or hospitalist settings.
- Must hold a Nurse Practitioner license and DEA certification.
