Business Analyst – Seismic Content Automation

Are you passionate about transforming static content into data-driven automation? We’re seeking a Business Analyst (BA) to support an enterprise-level initiative leveraging Seismic to automate the creation of marketing and client reporting materials.

This is a high-impact opportunity to work across business, data, and technology teams —helping design and deliver automated solutions that streamline how materials are created, customized, and distributed.

What You’ll Do

As a Business Analyst, you will :

  • Partner with Seismic , IT, and Data teams to define and document business and data requirements .
  • Support end-to-end development of automated templates within Seismic.
  • Gather requirements for marketing and client reporting materials and translate them into actionable development tasks.
  • Coordinate with QA and UAT teams to support testing and user validation.
  • Manage Azure DevOps (ADO) tickets to track project deliverables.
  • Enable business users on Seismic automation workflows and template usage.
  • Collaborate with data teams to ensure data feeds are complete, accurate, and properly mapped for automation.
  • Become a subject matter expert on Seismic’s content automation capabilities and help guide best practices across teams.

  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously.
  • Self-starter with strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience translating complex business needs into structured requirements.
  • Seismic – content automation and materials management
  • Alteryx – data preparation for Seismic templates
  • Azure DevOps (ADO) – deliverable tracking and documentation

    • Nice to Have

  • Experience with Seismic or other content management platforms
  • Familiarity with SQL or Azure Data Lake
  • Understanding of fund accounting or performance data

    Hybrid 3-4 days onsite, 9–5 EST, in Boston Financial District
