Contract Analyst

The Contract Analyst will be responsible for managing contract lifecycles and supporting cost analysis across multiple projects. This Contract Analyst will ensure contracts are not only compliant but also cost-effective and aligned with project budgets. The Contract Analyst will be fully onsite in Sumner County, TN.

Salary up to $65,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities of the Contract Analyst :

Review, draft, and manage construction contracts, subcontracts, and amendments

Analyze contract terms to identify financial risks and opportunities

Collaborate with estimators and project managers to align contract scope with budget forecasts

Track and report on contract-related costs, including change orders, claims, and variations

Support cost control efforts by monitoring actual vs. projected expenditures

Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and legal standards

Qualifications of the Contract Analyst :

Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or related field

2+ years of experience in contract analysis or cost control, preferably in the construction industry

Familiarity with construction contract formats (e.g., AIA, FIDIC) and cost estimation principles
