We aim to make people feel and help them do sport daily. Creative Operations manages creative ways of working, including improving collaboration, reducing bottlenecks, increasing efficiency, managing resources and aligning business goals. In short, Creative Operations drives operational clarity for Brand Creative.

Who We Are Looking For

Global Brand Creative Operations is looking for an experienced operations professional who is highly organized, detail oriented and a strong communicator. You are someone who partners cross-functionally within brand to support the smooth running of the creative studio.

Key Capabilities :

• Adaptability & Strategic Support : Support senior team members in a variety of tasks to enable strategic planning. Demonstrate flexibility and initiative in ambiguous situations.
• Organization & Detail Orientation : Maintain highly organized, detail-oriented workflows to support senior levels and deliver clear operations information.
• Collaboration : Collaborate on defined scopes of work within operations, demonstrating accountability and initiative. Build productive relationships cross-functionally.
• Tech Fluency : Drive and share tools to centralize documentation of operations. Stay up to date with current and future technology (e.g., AirTable, Figma, Keynote).
• Communication : Share updates clearly, escalate issues appropriately, and contribute actively to team dialogue.
• Initiative : Show curiosity and initiative in learning new tools and workflows. Seek feedback and apply it quickly.

Who You'll Work With

Reporting to the Creative Operations Director, you will collaborate with other Senior and Lead Creative Operations team members. Key partners include Brand Planning & Operations, Brand and Creative Leadership, the Marketing CODE team, Finance, and Production Leads.

What You Bring To Nike

Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
