job_description.job_card.job_descriptionMandatory : Proven experience specifically in creating video ads with demonstrated success, including high conversion rates (CR) from past campaigns. Experience with platforms like Meta (Facebook, Instagram) or similar is essential. Proven experience in creating AI-generated video content , preferably for Meta or similar performance-driven advertising platforms. Strong experience using AI tools for video creation and editing. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality. Creativity in developing compelling content ideas that drive conversions and resonate with the target audience. Solid understanding of key media buying and ad performance metrics , such as CPC, CPA, CTR, and especially CR. A portfolio of past AI-generated video ad content is required for consideration. Experience creating sales or lead-generation -oriented content. Familiarity with marketing and advertising principles. Portfolio Review : We begin by reviewing your portfolio or past work to understand your style, strengths, and relevance to the role. DISC Assessment (10 min) : A brief assessment to understand your working style and team dynamics. Aligned with the OCEAN (Big Five) framework to support well-rounded collaboration. Introductory Call with Talent Acquisition (30–45 min) : An opportunity to learn more about each other, discuss your background, the role, and our company culture. Role-Related Task : A short assignment designed to reflect real aspects of the position and highlight your approach to problem-solving. Final Interview (45–60 min) : A conversation with the Hiring Manager and HR to explore your expertise, alignment with the role’s vision, and answer any questions you may have. Reference Check : Conducted as a final step to confirm previous experience and ensure a strong mutual fit. THE ROLE
We’re looking for a creative and performance-driven AI Ads Editor to join our team and help us craft video content that doesn’t just look good, but converts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and data, and who knows how to use AI tools to streamline production and drive results. You’ll play a key role in our growth strategy by producing high-impact, AI-generated video ads tailored for platforms like Meta. If you're passionate about pushing boundaries with AI, collaborating with growth teams, and delivering video content that performs, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create high-quality, AI-generated video ads that drive conversions on media buying channels (Meta, etc).
- Leverage AI Tools (e.g., for voiceovers, scriptwriting, animation, and video editing) to produce videos that drive potential customers to buy.
- Collaborate with our creative strategist and media buying team to align video content with overall marketing objectives and needs to open scale on paid traffic.
- Monitor Video Performance using data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance future content.
- Deliver High-Quality Videos on time, maintaining creativity, attention to detail, and consistency in all projects.

€1,000 - €1,500 after taxes, depending on your skills, competencies, and experience. Please note that this role is based on a freelance agreement.
