Hourly pay rate : $23.42 - $29.28

Your Role

Summary : Moves product and material using several sources of manual or equipment operation. Verifies information, prepares orders and completes appropriate documents; typically involves more complex equipment, multiple cells or operations, and advanced or non-standard requirements.

What Are You Going To Do?

• Responsible for a wide range of activities that drive exceptional customer experience.
• Facilitating customers shipping request and coordinating it throughout the CEVA organization.
• Accountable for customer and operational inquiries as well as optimizing the shipment process through policies, programs, and practices. Focus is with external and end customer contract.
• Providing a variety of services using entry to advanced level technical and support regarding operations, service questions and related customer service.
• Reviewing, completing, and processing various degrees of documents and databases regarding orders, shipments, and requests.
• Providing support researching issues and developing recommendations to resolve issues regarding fulfillment, planning, timing, status, and confirmation.
• Assisting in the review and implementation of customer service policies, practices, and programs to meet organizational, operations, and management needs.
• Assisting to ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations; receiving guidance and direction or escalates when required.
• Documents and maintains the customer requirements for handling in standard operating procedures and communicates them throughout the operational organization.
• Ensuring costing of services, profitability of shipment, within the timeframe consistent with company policy.
• Communicating with co-workers to provide and receive direction.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
