Mission of the Role : The Night Auditor is responsible for overseeing the financial aspects and daily operations during the overnight shift.

Essential Job Functions :

• Organize the shift and review & complete the following : remaining reservations, verify that all contingency reports have been run, resolve discrepancies with departments out of balance, verify no-shows and complete a walk report
• Reconcile daily financial transactions
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations and ensure accuracy in billing and accounting records
• Respond to guest inquiries and address any issues that arise during the night
• Communicate with next shift associates by logging pertinent information through the hotel's pass-along system
• Provide the highest quality of service to guests at all times
• Perform all other duties deemed necessary by management

Qualifications :

Compensation Range : The compensation for this position is $15.00 / Hr. - $16.00 / Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
