Position Overview

The Tax Manager will oversee the tax compliance and planning functions within the organization. This role is crucial in ensuring that the company adheres to all tax regulations while optimizing tax strategies to minimize liabilities. The Tax Manager will work closely with various departments to provide tax guidance and ensure accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and filing of federal, state, and local tax returns
• Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities
• Conduct tax research and stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide tax advice and ensure compliance
• Manage relationships with external tax advisors and auditors
• Prepare and review tax provisions and reports for financial statements
• Lead and mentor junior tax staff, providing guidance and support
