Join Our Team as a PRN Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT) – Texas

What You’ll Do :

✅ Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and develop individualized OT plans.

✅ Implement therapeutic exercises and activities to improve daily living skills.

✅ Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive strategies, safety, and equipment use.

✅ Document therapy sessions accurately in EMR (Wellsky / Kinnser).

✅ Collaborate with therapists, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams for patient-centered outcomes.

What We’re Looking For :

✅ Active Texas OT License.

✅ Current CPR Certification.

✅ Spanish / English Speaker

✅ Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.

✅ Previous home health experience is a plus.

✅ Compassionate, patient-focused, and dependable.
