Territory : Dallas Fort Worth

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Roofing Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales of our roofing products and services. This role is crucial in helping our company expand its market presence and meet customer needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets for roofing products and services.
  • Identify and prospect new clients through networking, referrals, and other lead generation methods.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, both B2B and B2C.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiating terms and closing sales effectively.
  • Collaborate with the installation team to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in roofing sales or a related field.
  • Strong skills in B2B and B2C sales techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of roofing products and services is a plus.
