Job Description

This position is a .9FTE working 3 12-hour shifts a week. Holidays and weekends may be included in this schedule.

Job Summary

Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, and coordinates care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment.

Job Requirements

Education and Work Experience :

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) : Preferred
• 9 months of experience working as an RN or successful completion of the AH RN Residency program : Required.
• Previous RN experience working on a Med / Surg unit : Preferred
