Job Description :

This role involves providing prospects and self-directed investors with financial assistance by identifying product and service solutions that meet their investment and savings needs. Responsibilities include applying knowledge of investments, financial markets, policies, and procedures to client needs, managing and researching client issues, and ensuring high client satisfaction and relationship deepening. This position requires SAFE Act registration, including background checks and registration processes, with non-compliance potentially leading to disciplinary actions.

The Investment Consultant II demonstrates expertise in investments and financial markets, assisting clients with servicing and trading needs via inbound and outbound calls. The role involves managing client issues, adhering to policies, and achieving high client satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

• Provide financial guidance to deepen client relationships.
• Educate clients about investment products, services, and strategies.
• Achieve performance goals by uncovering additional client needs and referring clients to appropriate business units.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by answering inquiries.
• Accurately execute and confirm trade orders and securities transactions.
• Assist clients with website navigation and usage.
• Research and resolve client requests efficiently.
• Maintain current knowledge of Merrill products, policies, and financial markets.
