Customer Service Representative

Our client, a high-end consumer goods manufacturer, is seeking a Customer Service Representative for their Vernon Hills location.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent service and support.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, including order entry and tracking.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, concerns, and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records in company systems.

Schedule

  • Hybrid work schedule : 3 days in office, 2 days remote.
  • 8-hour shift scheduled between the hours of 7 : 00 AM 7 : 00 PM (set shift assigned within this window).
  • Qualifications

  • 24 years of customer service experience, preferably in a professional office or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • A proactive, team-oriented individual with strong attention to detail.
