Customer Service Representative
Our client, a high-end consumer goods manufacturer, is seeking a Customer Service Representative for their Vernon Hills location.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent service and support.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, including order entry and tracking.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, concerns, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records in company systems.
Schedule
Hybrid work schedule : 3 days in office, 2 days remote.8-hour shift scheduled between the hours of 7 : 00 AM 7 : 00 PM (set shift assigned within this window).Qualifications
24 years of customer service experience, preferably in a professional office or manufacturing environment.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly.A proactive, team-oriented individual with strong attention to detail.If this position aligns well with your experience, please apply today!
