Marketing And Communications Leader
Overview :
This position will lead the development and execution of a national marketing and communications strategy that strengthens the Pape-Dawson brand, drives business growth, and supports integration across service lines and newly acquired firms. This leader will partner with regional and corporate teams to identify differentiators, develop messaging, and implement initiatives aligned with the firm's strategic goals. The role will also focus on building organizational strength within the marketing functionfostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and consistent communication that highlights innovation and firmwide impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of a regional marketing structure that supports local needs and enhances collaboration across markets.
- Design and implement a national internal and external communications program, ensuring consistent messaging and storytelling to highlight firmwide achievements and innovation.
- Develop and oversee national marketing programs aimed at common client types, promoting cross-functional collaboration among service lines.
- Partner with service line leaders to identify differentiators, research market opportunities, craft messaging strategies, and guide marketing initiatives appropriate for each target audience.
- Collaborate with acquired firms and the corporate marketing / proposal team to ensure alignment of branding, messaging, and marketing activities.
- Establish metrics to evaluate program success and refine strategies based on performance and feedback.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on brand positioning, market growth, and client engagement.
- Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.12+ years of progressive experience in marketing, communications, or business development, ideally within the professional services or A / E / C (architecture, engineering, construction) industry.Proven success leading large-scale, multi-market marketing and communications programs.Strong leadership and team-building skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities.Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into actionable marketing plans.Experience supporting post-acquisition integration and organizational change preferred.EEO Statement :
