DESCRIPTION OF WORK
In your role, you will assume technical responsibilities aimed at supporting the evaluation, analysis, and improvement of maintenance operations in accordance with the goals established by management and the policies of the department within Washington County. This position will require you to assist in evaluating work plans to ensure a well-rounded program, verifying the availability of essential labor, materials, equipment, and funding necessary for their implementation. You will also play a key role in making adjustments to these work plans as needed and reviewing data from the Systems, Applications, and Products (SAP) Plant Maintenance and Roadway Management Systems to ensure that program objectives are achieved and overall system integrity is maintained. Additionally, you will be responsible for reviewing foreman payrolls for accuracy and acting as a backup for payroll processing. By leveraging reports, you will track work data, including completed production units, man-hours, equipment utilization, and material consumption, addressing any discrepancies that may arise. Furthermore, you will monitor and review work data to ensure adherence to the County Maintenance Measurement Tool (CMMT) standards and provide recommendations for organizational enhancements.
