Director of Operations, Urgency Room Acute Care Clinics

The Director of Operations provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for all aspects of the daily functioning of the Urgency Room acute care clinics. This role acts as a liaison between executive leadership, clinical and non-clinical staff, physicians, and external partners. The Director ensures consistent service delivery, operational efficiency, and high-quality patient care aligned with organizational goals. The role also serves as a community representative and leads initiatives to strengthen the organizations public presence. The Director is accountable for regulatory compliance, operational performance, budget management, and continuous quality improvement. The pay range for this position is $120,000 - $190,000 per year.

Education and Experience :

• Masters Degree preferred in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years experience in multi-site clinic operations or acute care settings
• 3+ years of proven supervisory and team leadership experience
