Knot's mission is to empower consumers and businesses alike with connected merchant and banking experiences. Knot is like "Plaid for merchant connectivity." We are building the platform connecting merchants to the many applications that consumers and businesses interact with everyday. Our flagship product allows consumers to instantly update & manage their cards on file with online merchant accounts (e.g. Netflix or PayPal), while newer products support the retrieval of item-level transaction data. What You'll Do

Note : This role includes ~60% writing & reviewing code and ~40% team management & working cross-functionally.

• Lead & manage a team to build, experiment with, and debug user-facing features across all of Knot's products, as well as lead a suite of features for customers to integrate with Knot.
• Work closely with the team's product lead to deliver on an ever-evolving product roadmap and develop processes that make the team successful.
• Own all processes and outcomes for the engineering team including quality / testing, dev ops, deployments, etc.
• Be accountable for making and delivering on team commitments, as well as pivoting when necessary in order to keep the team focused on the most impactful work.
• Foster a culture of deep care for industry-leading user experience.
