Housekeeping
Maintain cleanliness of all back of house areas
Promote excellent guest / associate rapport by reacting promptly, efficiently, professionally and courteously to all requests from fellow team members or guests
Report all repair needs to the housekeeping or kitchen supervisor
Take responsibility for all chemicals and equipment used
Participate in the promotion of safety and security in all work areas
Assist with rehabilitation projects as directed
Complete all assigned projects in a timely manner
Empty linen chute into carts, take to and from loading dock
Distribute linen to appropriate F&B or Housekeeping areas if needed
Clean ChopHouse, kitchen, and family room including but not limited to scrubbing furniture, tables, taking out trash, restocking items, sweeping, moping, and any other duties as directed
Load and unload the dishwashing machine
Stack, store, and return dishes and utensils to proper areas
Assist with additional department projects as needed
Ability to tolerate varied warm, busy, and loud work conditions
Ability to lift objects weighing 50 pounds with the ability to push, pull or transport material through crowded areas
Ability to remain focused in fast-paced worked environment
Past experience in fast food, stocking merchandise, or general housekeeping helpful but not required
