Our client is launching a global Oracle Cloud implementation and is seeking an experienced HCM Project Manager to lead the business-side delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud, Payroll, and Timekeeping solutions.

This role plays a critical part in aligning HR systems with operations, supporting complex scheduling, hourly workforce needs, and regulatory compliance. You'll manage cross-functional teams, third-party vendors, and solution integrators, ensuring smooth delivery from planning through post-go-live. This is an on-site, full-time role located in Knoxville, TN, or Dallas, TX.

COMP : $120K - $150K based on candidate's experience

WHAT YOU'LL DO :

Lead the global implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud, Payroll, and Timekeeping (Kronos / UKG), with a focus on theatre and corporate HR operations.

Establish and manage governance structures, project timelines, budgets & risk mitigation plans.

Collaborate with teams across HR, Payroll, Finance, Theatre Operations, and IT to align business needs with technical delivery.

Oversee third-party vendors and system integrators, ensuring coordinated delivery across geographies.

Support the development of long-term support models and operational handoffs post-deployment.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING :

7+ years of project management experience, including 3+ years leading Oracle HCM Cloud and Payroll implementations.

Proven success managing enterprise HR, payroll, or timekeeping projects, ideally in cinema, retail, or hospitality industries.

Experience working with Kronos / UKG, including integration with Oracle HCM Cloud.

Strong background in project governance, stakeholder engagement, vendor oversight, and cross-functional leadership.

Preferred certifications : PMP, Agile / Scrum Master, or equivalent.

Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills, with a global perspective and team-first mindset.
