Senior Heavy Civil Project Manager (Chicago)

Trillium Construction is hiring for a Senior Heavy Civil Project Manager in Chicago, IL to help oversee a large multi-year transit improvement project.

Candidates in this position will be managing multiple stakeholders, driving schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Duties :

• Lead end-to-end management of infrastructure projects (e.g., roads, bridges, drainage systems, utility networks, site development).
• Develop project plans, milestones, budgets, and risk registers.
• Oversee procurement, contract negotiations, and vendor management.
• Manage on-site execution, ensuring safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, surveyors, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Monitor and control project scope, time, cost, and quality.
• Provide regular project updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Resolve issues and conflicts efficiently to avoid project delays.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
