Job Summary

As a Powersports Set-Up / Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling new units (motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, etc.) out of crates, prepping them for showroom display and customer delivery. You’ll also perform pre-delivery inspections and minor mechanical adjustments to ensure each vehicle meets safety and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Uncrate, assemble, and prep new units according to manufacturer specifications
  • Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and quality checks
  • Install accessories and make basic mechanical adjustments as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow safety guidelines and shop protocols
  • Assist with basic service tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Mechanical aptitude and a passion for powersports
  • Basic tool knowledge and hands-on experience with engines or machinery
  • Ability to lift and maneuver heavy parts and equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Valid driver’s license (motorcycle endorsement preferred but not required)
  • Previous experience in a dealership or mechanical setting is a plus

    • You must have a clean driving record and background check and be willing to work Saturdays for both positions.
