Job Summary
As a Powersports Set-Up / Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling new units (motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, etc.) out of crates, prepping them for showroom display and customer delivery. You’ll also perform pre-delivery inspections and minor mechanical adjustments to ensure each vehicle meets safety and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Uncrate, assemble, and prep new units according to manufacturer specifications
- Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and quality checks
- Install accessories and make basic mechanical adjustments as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety guidelines and shop protocols
- Assist with basic service tasks as needed
Requirements
Mechanical aptitude and a passion for powersportsBasic tool knowledge and hands-on experience with engines or machineryAbility to lift and maneuver heavy parts and equipmentStrong attention to detail and qualityValid driver’s license (motorcycle endorsement preferred but not required)Previous experience in a dealership or mechanical setting is a plusYou must have a clean driving record and background check and be willing to work Saturdays for both positions.
