We are seeking a Family Practice Physician for a 3-day locum tenens assignment in California beginning Dec 22, 2025. This opportunity offers day shifts from 8am to 5pm in a fast-paced family practice and urgent care setting, serving both pediatric and adult patients. Candidates must have at least 2 years of community health experience, be tech savvy, and possess Provider Enrollment and Chain / Ownership System (PECOS) certification. Proficiency with Nextgen EMR is required.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide care to walk-in patients in a family practice and urgent care setting
  • Assess and treat both pediatric and adult patient populations
  • Manage acute and chronic medical conditions efficiently
  • Utilize Nextgen EMR for patient documentation and workflow
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Adapt quickly to a dynamic and fast-paced clinical environment
