Prefabrication Warehouse Manager - Electrical Contractor
We are seeking an Electrical Prefab Warehouse Manager to run warehouse operations and manage the prefabrication department. This includes supervising staff, overseeing material flow, scheduling prefab production, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring projects receive quality assemblies on time.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage warehouse operations : receiving, staging, storage, and deliveries
- Oversee daily prefabrication production for electrical assemblies
- Collaborate with project managers and field teams to support jobsite needs
- Maintain accurate inventory of materials, tools, and prefab components
- Optimize material handling, logistics, and prefab workflows
- Supervise and train warehouse staff, prefab technicians, and drivers
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company policies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
