Key Responsibilities

Appear in various courts to argue motions and participate in mediations related to foreclosure and default services matters

Maintain communication with clients and court personnel to ensure timely progress on foreclosure cases

Oversee and mentor support staff while drafting and managing complex legal motions and documents

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience handling foreclosure matters in New York State

Must be admitted to practice in New York; EDNY and SDNY admission is a plus

Superior organizational skills to manage multiple cases and deadlines

Strong legal writing skills focused on complex motions and legal documents

Leadership qualities to manage and guide support staff effectively
