Pay Rate :
- $30 minimum or more an hour depending on experience +$4 shift differential for afternoon and evening shift
- Plus, a Hiring bonus of $5,000

Perform all work in a safe manner following Company safety policies and procedures. Report any safety concerns to management in a timely mannerUnder supervision of maintenance manager, maintain, troubleshoot, repair all production equipment and supporting infrastructure including troubleshooting and repair of industrial electrical / electronics, PLC’s / Instrumentation, plumbing, hydraulics, pneumatics, HVAC, Steam Systems, welding and fabricationMaintain open communications with all maintenance technicians, supervisor, managers, and production using clear verbal and / or written meansComplete assigned work orders in recommended timeframe and document all relevant information in Computerized Maintenance Management SystemCreate work order for any issues identified during routine workCharge all parts used during work orders using CMMS programAble to acquire Minnesota Special Boilers License within 6 months of employment (Company provides training and covers all expenses)Qualifications
Thoroughly understand and follow all OSHA and Company regulations as they relate to the maintenance field (LOTO, CSE, PPE, etc.)An energetic, motivated, and dependable worker who is dedicated to the job and teamThe ability to function as a mature, professional individual, who interacts positively with teammatesThe willingness to function effectively in a team environment and tackle any task required for the success of the teamA combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job and have a working knowledge of basic fluid power, industrial electricity, automated industrial machinery (motors, servos, pumps, drives, relays, 3 phase power, industrial / electronic controls) mechanical components, PLCs, welding, machining and a strong knowledge of preventative maintenance practices, plant operations and government safety regulationsStrong problem solving skills both as an individual and as a team memberWorking knowledge of electronics including motor controllers, low voltage electrical systems, proximity switches, photo-eyes, and variable frequency drivesBasic understanding of various diagnostic equipment including, but not limited to, ohms meters, voltage meters, etcBasic understanding of schematics and blueprintsAbility to work independently and with shift production supervisorsAbility to learn computerized maintenance management systemsBe able to recognize problem situations and take appropriate steps to resolve
