job_description.job_card.job_descriptionAssist the press operator with set-up, running, and maintaining lithographic presses. Watch over color, registration, and sheet flow to ensure consistency. Help adjust ink and fountain solution balance to hit quality targets. Take part in routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting. Coordinate with production to hit schedule and throughput goals. Keep your station orderly and compliant with safety guidelines. Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times. High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical training is a plus. Background as a Litho Press Feeder or similar pressroom position. Working knowledge of offset printing processes and equipment. Keen attention to detail and practical problem-solving skills. Team-first mindset with the ability to work independently when needed. Clear, professional communication and a positive attitude. Willing to work overtime as business demands.
