In your role as Senior Software QA Engineer at Kohler Ventures you will :

• Work directly with the Head of Software, software / hardware engineering team, and product teams.
• Build the forward-looking vision and lead the effort to ensure the entire development lifecycle takes a quality first approach.
• Help deploy and integrate test automation into the CI / CD pipeline.
• Establish testing patterns, best practices, and increase test coverage (in partnership with engineers).
• Conduct technical reviews for new features and identify quality concerns.
• Participate in various scrum meetings to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, estimates or potential problems.

The base salary range for this position\nis $115,100 - $143,850. The actual base salary offered to a candidate may be\nhigher than the approved range. This will vary depending on a variety of\nfactors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work\nlocation. This position is subject to Area Salary Differential (Cost of Living\nAdjustment) that ranges from 16% of base salary for the NYC metro area. The\nbase salary range including ASD for this position is $133,516- $166,866 depending\non location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and\na special project incentive.  Available benefits include medical, dental,\nvision and 401k.
